Signature Property Group Ventures Outside Greensboro with Signature NorthPoint

Fri. November 22, 2013

November 22, 2013 - Renters by choice: Signature NorthPoint Providing a preferred substitute: Not everyone wants to live in a single-family home, and some of those who do aren’t yet ready to make such a substantial commitment. But these renters desire quality amenities just like any homeowner would. To meet their expectations, Signature NorthPoint will include features with high-end finishes in each unit — such as solid wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and brushed metal fixtures — that residents actually may or may not find when buying a home. “We can provide finishes that are much nicer than what a starter home is going to have,” says Seth Coker, president of Signature Property Group Inc. “We’re giving finishes that you would find in a $150,000 home without the added cost.” Setting:This is the first venture outside the Greensboro limits for Signature. The development will be on about 20 acres at N.C. 68 and Regency Drive in graded land directly behind the existing Sheetz store.
